15 Jan Path improvement – Pennylands

After several years of pressure from WWaW, Tewkesbury Borough Council have installed some impressive steps and a stone path enabling walkers to access the Pennylands estate from The Dell.  This is another piece in the jigsaw of connecting the riverside path to the future Winchcombe Park.  Work on the park has started, the current ground work seen from the road is an archaeological dig prior to start of the development of the park.
