Keep ahead on the track, pass through one gate to reach a second gate B. Here pass through and bear right downhill on the track, taking a left fork in about 250 metres to reach a gate. Pass under overhanging trees to a small stabling area. Keep to the footpath and pass through gates and between buildings, skirting Postlip Hall to your left behind a high stone wall.

Follow the path to a gate leading onto a tarmac drive B. Turn right and follow this driveway through Postlip Farm (note the alternative footpath to your right for use when the enclosures hold livestock).

Where the track turns right, go through a gate on the left into a field and continue in the same direction following the footpath beside the fence to a footbridge. Cross the river and bear right uphill. At the top, bear left through a gate and follow the path to a tarmac drive C. Bear left along the lane (do not turn right).

Langley Hill can be seen to your left, with Winchcombe nestling in the valley below. Pass Corndean Hall, down to your left until reaching a T-junction D.

At a road junction, take the footpath on the left (Cotswold Way) through the gate into a field and walk downhill to a gate. Follow the path through two gates to meet a road. Turn left and go over a bridge spanning the River Isbourne and up to a T-junction. Turn right at the top to return to the War Memorial on Abbey Terrace.
