Walk 5: Cider apples and healing the land

£8.00

Transport to Stumps Cross where we follow paths via Farmcote to newly planted orchards on the Cotswold escarpment to meet a local farmer. He will tell us about growing cider apples, making cider and also about regenerative farming, a modern farming method that they are now using on their arable land. The route back to Winchcombe will take us up Salter’s Lane and then descend Dunn’s Hill with beautiful views of Winchcombe and across to the Malverns. Bring a picnic lunch.
