Walk 3 A passage to India

Meet at The Cotswold Barn, Longborough (GL56 0QZ). The walk passes through a beautiful landscape of interlocking grassland hills and valleys. We take in some of the lesser-known jewels such as Longborough, Sezincote, Bourton on the Hill and Hinchwick Manor. From here we walk past Hans Hill Farm and on to Hinchwick Manor. We pass Bourton Downs, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, home to pasqueflowers and other rare limestone loving plants.

From Bourton-on-the-Hill with its fine views, we pass Sezincote House, a notable example of Mughal architecture, with its Indian style domes and minarets. We return through the delightful village of Longborough. Refreshments available at the Cotswold Barn at the end of the walk. Bring a picnic lunch.
